The following questions and answer will give you brief idea of our auditing and certifications.
How long does it take to get certificates?
It takes one and half month to get certificate after successful completion of Internal Audit and Final Assessment Audit.
When do we need to pay for Consultancy fee?
You have to pay 30% with the agreement and remaining 70% before internal audit.
When should I pay for auditing & certifications?
It is better to pay auditing and certifications fee before internal audit to get the certificates in short time.
What will happen if we fail in final audit?
There is no such pass or fail in ISO auditing. You may get few NC which can be sorted out and submit for certifications.
How long is the validity of our certificates?
ISO Certificate validity is three years. But there is surveillance audit in every year.
Is there any fee for surveillance audit?
Yes there is a fee for surveillance audit but it is almost half of first assessment audit.
